Need help understanding the German W2, where is the income in dollars?

I received the clients "Lohnsteuerbescheinigung" wage statement and box 3 shows income as   7.333 which I am confused with the "." vs a ",", not sure if the income is $8.24 or $8,241.92.

Taxes withheld show as 1.503 also.
