I've got a client with a K-1 from Georgia. On the federal return I marked them as a nonresident and allocated the income to Georgia. But on the GA return, Schedule 3 returns an error no matter what I do.
Specifically, Line 8A has an error saying "Schedule 3, Line 8A for income and adjustments from all sources, $____, does not equal the Georgia source amount of $___, plus other state source amount of $____. Please go back and review your entries to ensure allocation of income and adjustments are correct for Georgia and other state sources."
The problem is that no matter how I manipulate the return and allocations, Line 8A never adds up to Lines 8B and 8C.
Even deleting the state return, removing the allocation on the federal return, and then going back to GA and the error still exists. This seems to be a ProSeries calculation.
