I'm finally working on a return that has the Form 7202 for sick leave credit for a self-employed client. I've read up on everything and haven't seen anything that mentions the file name of the PDF attachment.
Is there any particular or specific file name we should be using when we save Form 7202 as a PDF? Or does it not matter at all?
I just saved my first one like this: Doe J_TY2020_Form 7202_Attachment.pdf

The IRS Recommended name is "Form7202.pdf".
I name mine with the taxpayer's name behind it "Form 7202 Smith".
