Can anyone provide any information on Form 1040 Line 10b. My client is itemizing deductions for 2020. Total cash contributions are $1,810. I keep getting the error on Line 10b - I have tried entering zero and it still shows as an error. Any help would be appreciated!

Do not enter zero, delete it.
Verify that the schedule A is complete and flowing. There will be a ✔️ next to the form instead of a O. The program should not look for entries in 10b if Sch A is in use.
Mine seem to be working fine. Itemized deductions below the standard forces cash to line 10b but if Itemized deductions exceed standard 10b should be blank. Entering any number on line 10b when itemizing will create an error.
Thanks!
If its prompting you to enter something in to box 10b, chances are their itemized deductions arent high enough to use, so its asking you to enter the 300 into box 10b so they get the charitable deduction without itemizing.
