Can someone explain to me why this form printed out on a California Personal Income tax return? It
says on top of form For E File Only. My client does not have any foreign bank accounts. States his name and social security number and his date of birth and address. No other information on any pages (4) with just the same information on all the sheets. It says to fill out the forms with information but there is nothing to report.
