FinCEN Form 114 AND 8938

I remembered when I completed FinCEN Form 114 AND 8938 for client I clicked on EF NOW box ( just it was a sense of curiosity since it was the first time I filled 114 and 8938)and I saw FEDERAL box CALIFORNIA box and I think another box like : FBAR box 

Now, I am going to EF NOW after completing that return but I do not see third box; I have just FED and STATE. Am I right?

Need some help please!
