My client started a new Security Patrol business in 2019 and didn't file taxes until now. In 2021 after arguing with shareholders decided to create a C Corp in California, Now, wants to file 2019, 2020 & 2021 under the new C Corp.

Is it Ok to file 2019 & 2020 under a Corp created in 2021?

No, you can't file tax returns for something that did not exist.

That is like trying to amend 2019 and 2020 individual tax return to claim a child as a dependent, when the child wasn't born until 2021.

If there were multiple owners in 2019 and 2020 it sounds like a partnership.

The more I know, the more I don't know.
