Client's return was e-filed yesterday and requested electronic withdrawal of payment yesterday as well. The client states that the money has not come out of the checking account yet. What should I tell him to do at this point? Or what is there I can do to help him?

If you scheduled the withdrawal by the due date it is considered paid on time regardless of when the actual withdrawal occurs
Take a deep breath. The withdrawal isn't instantaneous.
Tell him to have patience, 3 million other people scheduled withdrawals for today as well, they wont all happen at once.
