Hello, I am trying to request an electronic signature from a client. I am able to initiate the request and add the documents, but when I am on add the recipients step, the 'Next" button is all grayed out, and I am unable to go to the Reminders step. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Thank you!!
hi @Bessy make sure the email is valid, and there is no space or any funny character after the email address, especially if you using Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V to copy & paste email.
