I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Intuit. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and am now getting shafted by your esignature policy. Why aren't purchased esignatures carried over from year to year? Why are esignatures NOT refundable after purchase?????

Pay Per Return fees are the same way.
I pay as I go (but they don't even store your CC info so you have to type it in each freaking time!), so I don't end up with money stuck where I cant use it.
