It is the day before the deadline and my prior purchased 100 eSignatures are used. To send another return via DocuSign it prompted me to purchase more. I purchased 5 and was charged $14.95. It showed 5 available, then went to zero available and said I needed to buy more. I purchased another 5 and was charged another $14.95. It did the same thing...said I had 5, and as requested the next tax return packet to go to the taxpayer, it changed to 0 available and wants me to buy more.
Verified my cc has been charged twice now, and i cannot send the returns to my client - help!
