Return was rejected (Fpymt-086). How do I handle the electronic estimated payments when submitting return that was extended?

I filed an extension and included electronic estimated payments. Now, I filed the return which was rejected (Fpymt-086) with the following:

'EstimatedPaymentDueDt' in the IRS ES Payment Record must not be more than 5 days prior to the received date.

Do I need to remove the electronic estimated payments altogether (that is, will the ones previously submitted still be active) or do I leave the ones for September and January removing the April and June ones

ES payments wont go along with an extension, only with a return....and only ES payments due after the current date can be scheduled.  Those 1st and 2nd ES payments didnt get scheduled/paid if you didnt file the actual return before the due dates
So be sure you only have the 3rd and 4th quarter ES payments marked for auto debit.
