I keep getting Error Message 5 when I launch ProSeries. I have updated my program and information and continue to get this message. I am unable to work within the program.

Besides "5" is there more to the message? Has rebooting your computer helped at all?
From home base go to update/refresh update, and see if that helps. if you can't open program, go to start, scroll down to Pro series 2019, then click on Tools repair updates
