HAVE BEEN RUNNING PRO SERIES FOR SEVERAL TAX RETURNS OK. I REMOVED CHROME BROWSER BECAUSE THE COMPUTER IS SLOWING DOWN. WHEN I TRIED TO GET BACK INTO PRO SERIES 2020 I GET AN ERROR 214 SOMETHING TO DO WITH CACHE.
I PURDHASED A NEW COMPUTER AND TRIED TO DOWNLOAD PRO SERIES 2020 WITH NO SUCESS. ANYONE GOT AN ANSWER.

Im really not sure where to go with this. Are you looking for help with the cache error message on the old computer (not sure why you would remove chrome if the computer was slow)...or did you want to add more information about the new computer and what "no success" means?
