I had to ask my question in a different (longer) way by going to "ask a question" link in the right top corner in a tax return. And I can't now just peruse / research people's questions or prior answers that have always been educational.

Ive honestly never gone though the Ask A Question link, I have this group as a shortcut on the toolbar at the top of my browser, click it and Im here.

The error message went away!

mine is fixed as well. I can now log into the community from within the program 🙂
