Is there a box to tick, or a place to enter a date for a schedule c business that ended mid year in order to change entities?

Theres a checkbox for if the business was disposed of in a fully taxable transaction, but nothing for if you just stop doing business.
You can enter the date the assets were taken out of service for that business in he disposal section, that will stop the depreciation as of that date.
