efile

efile says efile complete. Irs does not acknowledge the file has been received. How can i refile the file.?

let's clarify this situation   - you have a completed return that was efiled through ProSeries for which you have received acknowledgment it was accepted by IRS ---  correct?      How are you determining IRS does not acknowledge the return was received ? 

and most important   NO  you cannot refile a return that has been submitted unless the return is rejected

At irs where is my refund, it does not acknowledge it was received.

That doesn't mean it was not received.

You just need to wait.
