Efile California Amended Return

We are trying to efile an amended return for a previously filed (at our firm) taxpayer, the federal seems to work fine but we are not given California as an option to efile the amended return.  Am I missing something basic as the instructions to efile amended returns are pretty clear and easy to follow.  Software has been updated again this morning.   Anyone else having this issue?

ProSeries doesn't offer Efiling of CA Amended returns.  They only offer it for 4 different states, and CA isnt one of them.
