EF Signature form for Michigan Return

Is there supposed to be a separate EF signature form when e-filing a Michigan state tax return?  The only form that printed was for the feds showing the amount of refund.

Looks like they use a PIN and not a signature to authorize e-file

No separate 8879 for MI.  Michigan will accept Federal 8879.
