E-Filing Amended State returns, there are only 4 states listed

Proseries posted an message regarding e-filing amended returns titled "How do I amend an Individual Return using Proseries". In that posted message it says "the following states do not have a separate amended form and the amended return will be indicated on the original form (AL has a check the box place for amended) and it goes on to list 24 states. However, when I try to mark the box on the info worksheet for State amended in Proseries, there are only 4 states listed to choose from. The Proseries statement implied that you can e-file those 24 state returns listed yet none are a choice. Why list those states at all if you cannot e-file the amended return?

Those that you see in the drop down list are the only states that ProSeries offers the capability for Efiling amended.

where is the drop down list for the four states for e-filing ? is VA one of them?

The drop down is on the federal information sheet under amended returns. No VA is not listed.
