E-Filing a client and has not been accepted in 14 days

E-filed a clients tax return , 11 days ago, and the return is still not accepted , the e-file center is saying , awaiting acknowledgement, since May 5, 2020

Ive never seen the message "awaiting acknowledgement" anywhere before.  

Are you really using ProSeries Professional like your post shows? or some other tax program?  If so, try highlighting the file in the EFCenter and then use Update Acks of Selected Returns, see if that will pull the ack in.

I assume you've checked "received acknowledgements statuses"? Have you efiled others after that one that have been accepted?

@Mearl313  you started a different thread on this, I posted on it to come back to this thread, it gets too confusing when there are multiple posts tangled up together.
