e filing a 2018 tax return

Why can't I e file a 2018 tax return on my Windows 7 system when I have been doing older tax returns and it has worked but all of a sudden it won't.    My system has been updated on a Windows 10 computer but the older programs were left on the older computer to save transferring everything over.  I was assured by ProSeries that I would still be able to efile older returns on Windows 7

Does it keep telling you to update?  You need to use REFRESH updates, not the regular update to get 2018 able to Efile.  Use one of these 2 methods to REFRESH updates.
