E-filing 1040x

When I try to convert and transmit a 1040x I get this error message:

"Transfer was unsuccessful. Internal error"

I had a few server and gateway errors earlier today, not sure if thats related to your issue or not.

Try just converting, can you get that far?

No. The error message appears when  I just try to convert.

Per more research on here, I see Dawn B had the same problem, blank lines in the explanation

portion of the 1040x. Once the blank lines were deleted it was successfully transmitted.
