This is a known issue and I "think" the fix should be coming. There are so many fixes I cant remember which week is which fix.
Maybe @IntuitGabi can shed a little light.
I think it may have something to do with the 2 factor authorization were supposed to be using for security, cant have 2FA when you're offline....they are working in it though.
Can you use your phone as a hotspot to get connected, then disconnect form it?
We're working on a fix.
Looks like it doesn't affect everyone, but we're coming close to having an update.
