Does anybody know the status of the repair of proseries basic 2021 error on primary signature date?

I am filling a 2021 return and when I try to enter today's sate the software gives me an error and says the date needs to be in 2022.

Enter the current date but when you go to convert the file for e-filing, uncheck the box for error checking.
