Has anyone had an issue with DocuSign purchases. ProSeries extended the expiration date of Esignatures from the end of the current year to 3 years. In April of 2024, I bought 300 thinking it would last for the 2024 season and perhaps into the 2025 season. When I logged into the software for 2024, it had none. I called and they said it was only for the current year and backwards, and that other clients had similar issues. Nowhere did it say they would not carry forward when I purchased the signatures. That was the whole point of extending the expiration date. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said a supervisor would call me between 24-48 hours. After that came and went, I called and they assured me a supervisor would call me that day - never hear a word.
Has anyone had a similar issue? I won't allow Intuit to steal from me.
