Electronic Filing review says there are 0 zero errors, but return is being rejected. Message says return(s) not successfully converted. Not sure where to look for problem

Federal Return is not successfully converting even though there are zero 0 diagnostic electronic filing errors. Please advise?

Do you have the box checked to convert and transmit instead of just transmit?
