I filed a Form 114 FBAR on March 4, 2019 and have not received an acceptance from the agency. Can I expect to get this?

Somehow, it takes time to process FBAR's filed through Intuit.
If you want it fast, you may consider filing direct with BSA. I get mine acknowledged almost instantaneously and accepted usually within 48 hours. This way, you don't have to worry about conditional acceptance that require changes (because BSA validates the FBAR at the time of submission) but the downside is it only allows discrete (but not batch) filing.

Those nice crimes enforcement people are not nearly as speedy as the nice people at the IRS. It usually takes about a week or more to have an acceptance from them.
