Why would Intuit/Proseries be saying this FORM DE PIT NON is ready and my program keeps saying it is not, even though I have updated? Intuit is getting to be more and more frustrating everyday because of its VOID of Customer Care and I suspect it is not testing its software programs enough before releasing updates.
Hi @sue89 Is there an error code or message you're seeing? If you are able, can you send us a screenshot? I'd also recommend contacting ProSeries Support so they can take a look at your specific situation.
