i charged twice for 200 on pay for return balance and got charged 213 what is that abour?>

can i get a credit for this ? how can i avoid this fee?

You have to contact customer support (when they reopen after the holidays).  

This ain't it - we are just fellow users of Intuit software.  And since this is a public forum, I suggest you remove your phone number.

Not sure what state you are in but I am in (the peoples republic of) Washington, and we have a sales tax. Intuit has been adding the sales tax onto my pay per return purchases for the last year or two, to comply with state law. Check your sales tax rate and see if that matches up with the difference. It never does show up online on the intuit site, but it does get added.

I agree with @jeffmcpa2010  It is sales tax.
