I know years ago, if you used Pay Per Return, you needed to use the BackUp./Restore feature within ProSeries or you'd lose your PPR info and it will ask for payment again....not sure if it still works that way or not.

I vote @Just-Lisa-Now- way. Tried, Ctrl a, got pop up calculator The other two got nothing in 2019 ProSeries Pro

Ctrl A, not in PS, but in Windows directory folder. Like normal copying of files.

For Windows, Ctl A = Select All. Ctl C = Copy. Ctl V = Paste.

But you seem to have Maintenance Backup/Restore tools you should be using.
