Does anyone know why the client letters and filing instructions are no longer kicking out with the e-signature request via DocuSign? I realized recently that it stopped sometime in late March or early April. Is there a remedy for this?

The taxpayer copy that e-signature sends is a joke. Way too many unnecessary pages. Nobody needs or wants all those worksheets that are not part of the return. The days of making a taxpayer copy thick to look impressive are long gone. What I do is save a filing copy of the tax return with client letter as first pages. Then in e-signature uncheck the box that says send the taxpayer copy but on next screen add a reference document then point to the filing copy I created.
