carryover losses on form 1040 schedule E

I had to correct several properties where the carryover losses on schedule E the 2023 losses flowed to

year 2022 so I had to reenter the 2023 loss in 2023 column and reenter the 2022 loss. I had to print out the 8582 for 2023 and 2022 to make sure the numbers are correct, although the numbers on the 8582 seen to be a little larger than what the program would accept. Just curious of anyone else has had this problem.

I reported it to ProSeries but they said they hadn't heard from anyone else that is was an issue...hoping others call in and tell them. I asked that it be written up by the person I talked too.
