No matter what I do, I cannot get the ProSeries Basic or Professional to update the software. As a result, I cannot file any tax returns. Help me!
this may help
1. restart your computer, try again
2. refresh updates
3. repair updates, from winsdows start menu
if none of those work you may have to call customer support where they may have you unsinstall the software and resinstall it.
