Can we manually enter the carryover of the covid 8915E distribution from last year? There is still no 8915F for this year.

There is no 8915F as yet. Need to carryover last years covid distribution from 8915E. Can we manually enter it?

There are some folks that are massaging the software and attaching a pdf of the 8915F. Nobody really knows if that is going to fly without any issues or if there is going to be some heartburn down the road.
