Get the message "Can't get CLSID for PDF Creator Pilot"

Was printing until Monday afternoon just fine

Had to uninstall and reinstall Office 365 and not receiving emails, but have the internet service

I keep receiving and Error when I try to print out a 2018 Tax Return.  Error message is "Can't get CLSID for PDF Creator Pilot"  What is this message about?

     Getting the same message but dont have office 365  did what you did work ? proseries support is useless
