Can I electronically process the first estimated payment before the 2020 return is filed?

Since returns are due until 5/17, but the first estimated payment is due 4/15/21, is there a way to electronically process the first estimated payment?

Not without filing the tax return.  They can either mail in the voucher or E-pay it on the IRS website if theyre not going to Efile the return before 4/15.
