    Does entering information onto form CA 565 alleviate the minimum $800 tax?

    Depends what type of entity the business is.

    General Partnership, not LLC or LLP.  The follow up question is then how do I download the form 565, since all that has come in so far is the 568.  Is the 565 not ready yet?
