How do e-file a business return if I personal return has e-filed already?

If a schedule C, the train has already left the station and you need to amend - by a paper 1040X.

C corp - as Nike says - just do it.

S corp - also do like Nike, but you may have to amend the 1040 if you didn't include the K-1 info on the 1040.

Partnership - same story as the S corp.
