Assuming you have filled out the 114 and have said on the Information page that you want to file it electronically, go the E File Center HomeBase (EFClients in Basic). Locate the client and note the row dedicated to 114, To submit highlight the Form 114 marked for EF row for your client. Proceed with E Filing just as you would if filing a return in the EF Center. Be prepared to recheck the status since they seem to be a little slow. I believe there is an option in the original return when you are filing the FBAR late that you may want to fill out since it was due on October 15th.
