I have ProSeries Professional (not PS Basic) but the quick entry mode in the File menu is grayed out, appearing to be unavailable. Is there a fix?

One client? All clients?
I just checked and it works for me. The standard procedures for stuff like this is:
1 Reboot your computer.
2 If that doesn't work, try running updates
3 If that doesn't work, go to your computer start menu and click on ProSeries and select "tools repair updates"
4 If that doesn't work, throw your computer out the window ............ or uninstall and reinstall ProSeries

One client, a nonprofit filing a 990. All other clients of all types do not show the button as grayed out.
All updates are installed, diagnostics run to no avail. Program is running on a new laptop that exceeds all recommended hardware specs.
