I want the client letter to include instruction for the taxpayer to make federal payments due online. In the standard client letter there is a code that should trigger that wording [@FDIOthPmtMeth] but the wording does not print in the letter. Is there something I am supposed to check n the client's return to make that print? Thanks!

Did you drag the "Other Payment Methods" from the paragraph tab (vs the code tab)? The editor should look like this:
Also, does this return have a balance due? The paragraph won't print if there is no balance due.
