Action Required:Update to ProSeries required to Login. My question: I do not have TY16 and TY17 in my computer. I already verified and updated TY18, TY19, TY20, TY21, TY22. In view of my situation, will I be able to successfully login after 12/31/23?

worst software ever. I have lost access to TY16, TY17, and TY18.

After 13 years, I think I'll be looking for new software next year. multiple calls to help desk and you get someone who doesn't know, someone who doesn't care and tells you they don't help with THEIR software - even when it is a KNOWN issue that they post a notice about it - they aren't willing to offer a solution - why weren't these people part of the 1800 ??
