worst software ever. I have lost access to TY16, TY17, and TY18.

After 13 years, I think I'll be looking for new software next year. multiple calls to help desk and you get someone who doesn't know, someone who doesn't care and tells you they don't help with THEIR software - even when it is a KNOWN issue that they post a notice about it - they aren't willing to offer a solution - why weren't these people part of the 1800 ??
