When I was trying to minimized my screen in 2020 program, something weird happened where the screen was zoomed out so I saved the file and then I tried to close the program. Now the program will not open because it says "A problem was encountered that has caused your program to crash" I tried to re-download 2020 program and still will not open....HELP.
