Under Section A, Public Support, line 1 - Gifts, grants etc. :
This line has always been blank in this organization's return. But the 2019 software gives me an error message saying that it must have a non-zero number for e-filing, which has never been an issue in the past. When I look at the software instructions for this line it says that this section only calculates when you check the box on line 9, Sch A, Part I. However, this section is actually only for org's that check the box on line 10, not line 9, so the ProSeries instructions are incorrect for this section.
I always e-file, but I may not be able to e-file this return unless this error goes away.
