Can the refund be applied to reduce the second payment due June 15, 2020?

Go to Estimated Tax Worksheet, Part IV, Line 4 - You can override the overpayment applied to voucher 1 to zero, program automatically applies overpayment to voucher 2.

You cant really skip a month, just apply it to the first and adjust your payments.
