2019 HomeBase View not showing total fees paid

Proseries homebase view is not showing all the total fees paid even though the client return was approved.  The client received the refund unfortunately some fees  are not showing on my end of ProSeries.

Are you talking about your fee, paid by a bank product, pay by refund? Check your bank account, if the client received their refund, your fee should show up in the deposits. Otherwise, go to the 3rd party payer website and see what it shows under your account.

I don't use the Bank Products in the ProSeries software, but that's how I follow up on payments processed by a 3rd party provider.

I am also confused. I don't use bank products, so I cannot tell if you mean your fee that is input in the software's client invoice or the money paid to you by the bank for your tax prep fee.
