on 6-1-22 I updated my 2018 Proseries program, since than I can't log in, I get a message "unable to load sign-in screen please try to repair updates and reopen Proseries".
i am completely computer illiterate, so I called Intuit and was told, we no longer support older program, go to the community for help. The associate sent me an e-mail with links, I don't know what to do with.
I still have 2018 tax returns to do and now I do not know what I can do!!
anybody out there that can help me?
