2018 Electronic filing errors.

I updated my 2018 proseries and when i tried to transmit my client I received a notification that i needed to update the porgram, I did update the program 3 times and still shows "The version of Proseries you are using is no longer current......you must update your tax program before efiling additional returns"  Please help.

did you try to reinstall the 2018 program

You used the REFRESH updates option (not the regular update products)?  Refresh is at the bottom of the Updates drop down list.  You can also try closing ProSeries and running it from the Windows Programs menu.

hi LIsa, i used the "refresh update" button and it allowed me to efile 2018 tax
